Why subscribe?

Honestly, it’s tough for me to answer that. I can boast about my writing creds and expertise on certain subjects and other fluff like that, but the reality is that I’m still young at this despite the passion I hold for the craft. Rent’s Due is a creative affair; a chance for me to grow my metaphorical wings and write about shit I find interesting. To hopefully grow a readership that’s also interested in what I want to say, and that’s always going to mean more to me than hitting some weekly SEO quota or giving “takes” that aren’t genuine.

You’re taking a chance by subscribing to me, something I’ll take with the highest level of importance.

I’m really excited to build Rent’s Due with your readership, and create a publication that values your curiosity, and most importantly your time. Not just the stories you’d want, but also the ones you probably didn’t know you needed. You’re welcome, I guess.
